Dear Educators,

One of the most powerful ways to strengthen a school community is by establishing, maintaining and restoring relationships. Whether you are working in a classroom, coordinating a team, or serving in a formal leadership position, what people remember most is how you show up in relationships: how you listen, how you respond when things go wrong, and how you invite others into problem-solving.

Restorative practices offer concrete ways to do this. They give educators tools and language to build trust, address conflict, and repair harm in ways that keep students and adults connected to the community, rather than pushed to the margins.
