Guiding Strategic Change in International Schools, U.S. Independent Schools, and U.S. Public Schools
Pathways to Inclusive Education partners with international schools, U.S. independent schools and U.S. public schools to design and sustain inclusive systems. We collaborate with school leaders to build capacity in Universal Design for Learning (UDL), Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Learning Support/Special Education, Multi-lingual learning, co-teaching, and teacher leadership through customized professional learning, coaching, and consulting.
We understand the complex nature of organizational change and recognize the unique opportunities that exist in schools today. That’s why we work closely with school leaders to analyze the school’s current guiding documents, policies, and practices. This enables us to develop an implementation plan for leading strategic change in areas such as:
✓ Multi-tiered Systems of Support (MTSS): A framework that provides different levels of support based on student needs, ensuring all learners receive the appropriate interventions for success.
✓ Universal Design for Learning (UDL): An educational approach that offers flexible learning environments and strategies to accommodate the diverse needs of all students, ensuring access and engagement for everyone.
✓ Learning Support and Multi-lingual Learning: Providing tailored assistance for students with diverse learning needs, including those learning English as an additional language (EAL), to foster academic growth and inclusion.
✓ Co-teaching and Coaching Models: A collaborative approach where general education and support teachers work together to deliver instruction, combined with coaching programs that help teachers refine their practices, enhance professional growth, and improve student outcomes.
✓ Teacher Leadership: Empowering educators to take on leadership roles within their schools, guiding others in best practices and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture.
