Collaborating with Schools to Design Sustainable Systems and Structures for Inclusive Cultures

Welcome to Pathways to Inclusive Education, where we believe that all learners deserve access to quality education. We are committed to partnering with mission-driven schools who are striving to meet the needs of all learners and are seeking to transform teaching and learning using contemporary and research-based best practice.
We understand the complex nature of organizational change and recognize the unique opportunities that exist in international schools. That’s why we work closely with school leaders to analyze the school’s current guiding documents, policies, and practices. This enables us to develop an implementation plan for leading strategic change in areas such as:
✓ Multi-tiered Systems of Support (MTSS): A framework that provides different levels of support based on student needs, ensuring all learners receive the appropriate interventions for success.
✓ Universal Design for Learning (UDL): An educational approach that offers flexible learning environments and strategies to accommodate the diverse needs of all students, ensuring access and engagement for everyone.
✓ Learning Support and Language Development: Providing tailored assistance for students with diverse learning needs, including those learning English as an additional language (EAL), to foster academic growth and inclusion.
✓ Co-teaching and Coaching Models: A collaborative approach where general education and support teachers work together to deliver instruction, combined with coaching programs that help teachers refine their practices, enhance professional growth, and improve student outcomes.
✓ Teacher Leadership: Empowering educators to take on leadership roles within their schools, guiding others in best practices and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture.
